Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (required).
• Knowledge of and experience in Raiser's Edge 7 (preferred) and Microsoft Office (required).
• Flexible and willing to acquire new or shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall quality and integrity of the Raisers Edge database and troubleshoot issues with support staff.
• Maintain accurate donor data tracking cultivation activities, histories, and reporting calendars.
• Monitor all gift input to ensure proper coding and timely input.
• Produce segmented donor reports and perform data cleanup projects.
• Oversee relations between multiple software programs to maximize usage and recordkeeping.
• Learn and become proficient in Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue reports and reports for Development Committee.
