Job summary

CSL is seeking a front-line donor center associate in Amarillo, TX. You will greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and perform basic health checks as part of the plasma donation process.

The role requires adherence to SOPs and patient confidentiality, with opportunities to cross-train and support multiple center functions. Ideal candidates have 3+ months in clerical or customer service roles, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Able to follow SOPs and safety policies; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures.
• Assist donors through the screening process, including health history and questions related to donation.
• Perform health screening steps (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/protein tests.
• Educate donors on procedures, policies, and center processes as trained.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic information system and follow SOPs.
