Job summary

CSL is seeking an entry-level donor center staff member in Texas to greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will assist with screening, collect basic health information, and perform simple health checks under SOPs. Training may include donor education on the process and policies.

The role involves registering donors, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the donor information system while upholding safety, privacy, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures including health history, questions, and vitals.
• Educate donors about center policies, products from donated plasma, and the donation process as trained.
• Register and transfer donors as needed and answer phone inquiries.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and cross-train as needed.
