Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Registrar at our Puerto Rico plasma collection center. You will greet donors, guide them through registration and the screening process, and ensure accurate documentation.

Training may include donor education on therapeutic products and center policies. Responsibilities include health screenings, data entry into the donor information system, and assisting with donor flow while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors at the plasma collection center and conducts registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assists donors with screening per SOPs and health history questions.
• Performs basic health screening (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/protein levels.
• Educates donors on therapy products and center policies after training.
• Maintains accurate donor data in the electronic information system.
