Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center registration associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and conduct initial screenings in a plasma collection center in Greensboro. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and participate in health checks and data recording to ensure donor safety and process compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to follow SOPs, with potential cross-training and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct screening procedures to verify donor suitability
• Explain screening process and health screening tests performed, assist with appointment system and center policies
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system
• Maintain awareness of donor safety and notify staff of any reactions or issues
• Assist with registering applicants and transferring donors as needed
• Answer telephone inquiries or transfer to appropriate staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure supplies are available
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and follow all HSE and OSHA policies
