Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Services Associate at our plasma center in Harlingen, TX. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process according to SOPs.

This role emphasizes accurate data entry and compassionate donor interactions. Responsibilities include conducting health checks, answering questions, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and register them for plasmapheresis procedures.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, and basic health questions.
• Perform health checks: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Explain processes and policies to donors; answer questions professionally.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic management system per SOPs.
• Monitor donor well-being during/after donation and alert staff as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and stocked; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and support center operations.
