Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as leader in Center Manager's absence; perform duties of production staff and supervisor donor flow.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during shifts; provide shift leadership and coaching.
• Create employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles and coordinate staffing.
