Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor floor operations and supervise center staff. You will support the Center Manager in achieving throughput, quality, and donor satisfaction while maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, staffing coordination, inventory management, and ongoing staff training to promote safety and performance in a dynamic plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, task assignments, breaks, and coaching.
• Create employee schedules to align with donor cycles.
• Manage inventory levels and submit orders to vendors.
• Maintain compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP standards.
• Provide real-time issue resolution with the Center Manager and Quality team.
• Document records accurately and timely; submit reports to the Center Manager.
• Support safety culture and cross-training of staff.
