Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center operations and supervise staff across shifts. You will support Center Manager, ensure donor throughput and quality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Quality teams, manage schedules, and address operational issues in real time to deliver an exceptional donor experience. A high school diploma and phlebotomy-related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English; bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in absence of Center Manager.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create staff schedules to accommodate donor cycles.
• Maintain inventory levels and submit vendor orders.
• Ensure center compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP, OSHA standards.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and donor satisfaction.
