Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and production targets. You will supervise frontline staff, align activities with SOPs and cGMP, and act in the Center Manager’s absence.

This role demands strong leadership and strict adherence to FDA and OSHA standards. You will also manage recruitment, training, and budget-related duties while maintaining high-quality donor experiences and center performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred; experience in medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred; plasma/whole blood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Coach and lead staff through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans with the Center Manager to maximize efficiency and supervise implementation.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, assignment, development, and disciplinary actions.
