Grifols in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. You will supervise frontline staff, manage budgets, and partner with Quality and Training teams to uphold standards and drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related, preferably medical or cGMP, experience, with leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee donor center operations in the Center Manager's absence.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet goals.
• Coach and lead staff through feedback via Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans with the Center Manager to maximize efficiency.
• Handle personnel functions: hiring, assignments, training, discipline, and records.
• Assist budget planning and oversee facility to meet production targets and cost structure.
• Delegate and supervise operations staff; manage work schedules.
• Ensure capability to perform all center tasks and fill in when needed.
