Job summary

Grifols, S.A. Midwest City, OK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while achieving production goals.

The role provides direct leadership to frontline staff and acts in the Center Manager's absence, including managing centers with large donor capacity. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience, with preference for supervisory and cGMP-regulated background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations in absence of Center Manager, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead frontline staff across donor floor operations and align activities with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals; provide coaching through Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans with the Center Manager to maximize center efficiency and monitor implementation of improvements.
• Handle personnel functions: hiring, assignment, training, disciplinary actions, and records.
