Qualifications

• Six years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to follow SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as an on-shift leader in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Oversee donor operations and staff during assigned shifts.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate shift tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
• Monitor donor flow and address issues to ensure a positive donor experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; support continuous improvement.
