Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor floor operations, supervise staff across shifts, and support compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires leading teams, ensuring donor satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within a high-volume plasma center.

As a senior frontline leader, you will develop schedules, manage inventory, and partner with the Center Manager and Quality teams to meet performance targets while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; required phlebotomy and donor center certifications.
• Typically requires 6 years of related phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and supervise staff across shifts.
• Create and manage staff schedules for donor cycles.
• Ensure inventory levels and coordinate vendor orders.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Support Center Manager to meet performance targets and donor satisfaction.
• Train and onboard staff; promote safety culture.
