Qualifications

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures including health history and basic questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures for suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs (health history, questions, referrals, vitals).
• Educate new donors on use of plasma-derived products after training when applicable.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones or transfer calls to appropriate staff.
