Job summary

• Minimum of three months in a clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register them for screening.
• Assist with the screening process, health history review, and basic medical questions.
• Take health screening measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and perform finger sticks as needed.
• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies after training.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic records system and ensure confidentiality.
