Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center screener to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening steps at the plasma collection center. You will work under supervision to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis and assist in related center activities.

Responsibilities include administering health history assessments, performing basic screenings, recording data, and helping with donor education and customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service related role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger-stick to obtain hematocrit/total protein.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer questions to the appropriate staff when needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.
