Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process at our Raleigh center. You will perform health checks, collect basic samples, and address donor questions while maintaining data integrity and donor confidentiality.

Responsibilities include assisting with registration, coordinating with medical staff as needed, and ensuring smooth donor flow in a compliant, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or clerical work preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center.
• Assist donors with the screening registration and health questionnaire.
• Perform health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick sample as needed.
• Educate donors on screening process, center policies, and donation details.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system and ensure confidentiality.
