Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donor Acquisition Specialist to welcome donors, process donations, and maintain accurate records at an Attended Donation Center. You will ensure friendly service and efficient handling of items to support the Donated Goods Program.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Greet each donor to accept donations with a cheerful and pleasant disposition.
• Perform GRATIS steps when accepting donations: GREET, RECEIPT, ASSIST, THANK, INVITE, SORT.
• Provide excellent customer service and invite donors to return.
• Collect donations using donation carts and sort into categories.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue receipts.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and safety of team and property.
• Perform janitorial and other duties as assigned.
