Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donor Acquisition Specialist to greet donors, process donations, and provide exceptional service at an Attended Donation Center. You will follow GRATIS steps to ensure accurate receipts, proper handling, and a welcoming experience for every donor.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and can work a flexible schedule with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with diverse personalities.
• Retail sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors to accept donations with a cheerful disposition.
• Perform GRATIS steps when accepting donations: GREET, RECEIPT, ASSIST, THANK, INVITE, SORT.
• Provide excellent customer service and invite donors to return.
• Collect and sort donations into categories; maintain accurate records and receipts.
• Support loading/unloading and safety of staff and property; perform janitorial tasks.
