Job summary

Goodwill Houston in Houston, TX seeks a Donor Acquisition Specialist to deliver outstanding donor service at the Attended Donation Center. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of personality types.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations with a cheerful disposition.
• Perform GRATIS steps during donations: greet, receipt, assist, thank, invite, sort.
• Sort donations by category and maintain accurate receipts.
• Maintain records and issue completed donation receipts to donors.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Department and leadership.
• Assist with safety, janitorial tasks, and keeping work areas clean.
