Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Southeastern-Louisiana seeks a Store Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and backroom operations, ensuring flow from donation door to sales floor while meeting budget and safety standards.

You will supervise production staff, monitor quality, and coordinate with transportation and district managers to maximize revenue and minimize waste. A GED and 1 year supervisory experience are preferred; strong computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in retail, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Must read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budget.
• Lead backroom team to ensure donations move quickly to sales floor.
• Ensure donations are processed to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Monitor waste and maintain sellable inventory.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise before sale.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in backroom areas.
• Coordinate with transportation and District Managers daily.
