Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to lead daily donation and production operations. You will guide the backroom team to move donations from the donation door to the sales floor efficiently while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience and strong skills in leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership, team building and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background in leading teams in retail sales, production, manufacturing, or assembly preferred.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license, insurance, vehicle registration and inspection as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI and related programs.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily donation and production operations to meet budget and standards.
• Lead backroom production to move donations to the sales floor efficiently.
• Convert donations into revenue while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Monitor backroom workflow and inventory; coordinate with transportation and District Managers.
