Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Donations Field Supervisor to oversee donation station staff, coordinate across ADC sites, and ensure efficient flow of donated goods. The role emphasizes training, supervision, and maintaining service quality while supporting safety and teamwork across locations.

The position requires a high school diploma, donor center experience, and a valid Washington state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years donations experience, including supervisory experience.
• Valid WA State driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet operational needs.
• Manage employees, equipment, facilities and logistics for each ADC site.
• Set expectations, instruct and coach, identify employee training needs.
• Interview and hire staff.
• Prepare and maintain reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
• Maintain a clean work environment and uphold safety practices.
