Job summary

Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a capable Donation Express Supervisor to oversee brick-and-mortar and mobile donation sites. You will lead staff, ensure smooth donation flow, greet donors, issue receipts, and uphold safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of supervisory experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; a valid driver's license and DOT certification are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months supervisory experience or TRAc program.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Donation Express Manager in operations for brick-and-mortar and/or Mobile Donation Express sites.
• Communicates professionally via e-mail, orally, and in writing.
• Monitors and ensures a smooth donation process at a brick-and-mortar and/or Mobile Donation Express site.
• Fulfills duties of all Donation Express staff; greets donors and processes donations.
• Enforces Donation Express safety and security procedures.
• Assists in settling complaints and supports associate interviews and evaluations.
• Works weekends and holidays as required.
