Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will supervise a team of Production Associates, coordinate dock and production activities, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on supervision in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year production or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with dock equipment, lifting and handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for reports and documentation.
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
• Ability to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day donation and production operations to meet goals and ensure safety.
• Supervise production employees to meet daily production targets.
• Coordinate staffing and tasks for production and transportation areas.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information.
• Maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
