Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Proficient reading and speaking English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers with outstanding service.
• Label items and prepare receipts for donors.
• Identify hazardous donations and direct disposal as needed.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and room organization per standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
