Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead customer experiences and promote sales while processing donations at our Phoenix store. You will greet donors, label items, provide receipts, and help with loading and organization of production areas, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate donation processing, and support for store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Identify hazardous donations and direct proper disposal.
