Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Member to lead customer experiences and promote sales. You will receive donations, label items, provide receipts, and assist with loading and unloading while maintaining organized spaces and following safety rules.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to obtain forklift certification, English proficiency, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label goods and prepare receipts for donations.
• Assist in loading/unloading furniture or items to vehicles.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker per safety rules.
• Maintain organized production room and sales floor per standards.
• Cross-train in other store roles as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate PPE as required.
