Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, label items, and assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or items from vehicles.

This position requires strong customer service, forklift certification, and English proficiency; 18+ and ability to pass background checks apply. Retail duties and safety compliance are part of daily work.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Offer receipts to donors for donations.
