Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, handling donations, labeling items, and assisting customers with loading and unloading. The position requires excellent customer service, the ability to pass forklift certification, English proficiency, and compliance with background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Ensure donors receive a receipt for donations.
• Assist in loading/unloading items and furniture.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
