Responsibilities include helping customers load/unload donations, maintaining merchandise layout, operating pallet jacks safely, and staying compliant with safety rules. GCNA emphasizes teamwork and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations with outstanding customer service.
• Label items and prepare sales assets (e.g., furniture) for sale.
• Provide receipts to donors and ensure safety protocols.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and maintain store organization.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and perform daily equipment checks.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
