Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and guests.
• Greet donors and unload donations safely from vehicles.
• Record donations accurately and maintain cleanliness of donation area.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operate manual or powered equipment where applicable.
• Keep donation area clean and organized.
• Issue donor receipts and provide copies.
