Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Loveland, CO is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services. You will be the first contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers or ADCs, delivering friendly service and helping with loading donations as needed.

The role requires weekend availability, a 2–10 pm shift, and the ability to lift items. Compensation is $16.45 per hour with Daily Pay options and part-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and use safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide timely assistance.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality to direct to sales floor or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment at donation centers.
