Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to be the first contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and ADCs. You will greet customers, help unload donations from vehicles, and ensure items are handled with care.

You will also sort donations, inspect items, and maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting drivers and other teammates. This role requires basic computer skills and reliable weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers by unloading donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations and decide on quality for sales floor or shipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean donation entrance and parking areas.
• Support remote donation centers and ensure supplies are stocked.
