Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring an Associate I, Donation Services. The role is full-time and requires evening and weekend availability to support donation centers and ADCs. Starting pay is $16.45 per hour, with daily Pay option mentioned.

The Associate I will warmly greet customers, assist with unloading donations, and ensure items are handled with care. They will help sort donations, maintain a clean work area, and back up other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide timely assistance with product questions.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas as needed.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or areas and ensure proper handling.
• Inspect donations for quality and sort for sales floor or shipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when required.
• Crosstrain in other departments and support additional tasks as needed.
