Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers and assist donors at retail centers and donation sites. You may help unload donations and ensure items are handled with care for the sales floor or shipment.

This full-time role requires evenings and weekends, with Daily Pay option and comprehensive benefits. A High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience are preferred; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Ability to unload donations from vehicles and handle items with care.
• Basic computer skills to log into systems and send/receive email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product questions as needed.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and determine placement for sales or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, organized enviroment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks.
• Crosstrain in other departments as needed.
