Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, assist with donations, and ensure items are handled with care. This role involves working outdoors in all weather, lifting donations, and providing excellent customer service across multiple locations in Colorado.

You will primarily interact with customers at Belleview Store and Smoky Hill Donation Center, with donation hours daily. Daily Pay may be available and benefits apply for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to log into a computer system to order supplies and to send/receive email.
• Must work outdoors in varying weather and lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations and decide quality for sales or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in donation areas and parking lots.
• Operate at remote donation centers and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Keep supplies stocked at remote sites as needed.
• Assist drivers with loading donations onto trucks.
