Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, accept donations, and work outdoors in all weather conditions at retail centers and ADCs. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and care with donated items.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and about 1 year of retail experience preference, plus basic computer and English communication skills. Full-time schedules include varied hours, with potential overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills to log into a computer system and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and answer product questions.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas as needed.
• Inspect donations and sort for sales floor or shipping as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean environment at donation centers and parking areas.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when necessary.
