Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to be the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at our donation centers. You will greet customers, assist with unloading donations, and ensure items are sorted and handled with care.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to work in varied weather, and a willingness to work weekends/evenings. Part-time hours and Daily Pay are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product questions.
• Unload donations from vehicles and assist donors.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins and inspect items.
• Maintain safe, clean donation areas and assist with loading/unloading onto trucks.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.
