Job summary

The Associate I, Donation Services at Goodwill of Colorado greets customers dropping off items at our retail centers and ADCs, helping unload donations and ensuring items are sorted and handled with care. You will work outdoors in varying weather, provide excellent customer service, and assist with loading donations onto trucks while following safety procedures and company policies.

This full-time role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and communicate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to log into systems and email.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers dropping off donations and provide friendly service.
• Assist unloading donations from vehicles and transport to appropriate areas.
• Inspect and sort donated items for sales floor or shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures and adapt to back-up duties as required.
