Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services in Denver to greet customers and process donations at our donation centers. The role is full-time with weekend availability required and pays $19.29 per hour.

The position works outdoors in various weather conditions and emphasizes friendly, efficient service. As the first point of contact, you’ll help unload donations, sort items, and maintain a clean, safe environment while following Goodwill standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Assist customers by unloading donations from vehicles.
• Sort donated items into proper bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and sort appropriately for sales or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean donation area and parking lot.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required equipment.
• Crosstrain in other departments as required.
