Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, unload donations, and ensure items are sorted and handled with care. This role requires willingness to work evenings and weekends and to help maintain a safe, clean donation area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product questions.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and determine sorting for sales floor or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist drivers in loading and unloading donations onto trucks.
