Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, accept donations, and support donation centers and stores in Grand Junction and Clifton. The role requires outside work in all weather, strong customer service, and the ability to lift shipments and assist with loading donations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail experience is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, with availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations courteously.
• Unload donations from vehicles and other areas as needed.
• Sort and handle donated items with care and safety.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment in donation areas and at remote sites.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks.
