• Ensure backroom workflow optimizes production and minimizes waste.
• Process donations to maximize sales and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock and coordinate supplies with management.
• Coach and develop staff; document coaching and training sessions.
• Schedule employees to ensure coverage and on-time processing.
