Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Southeastern-Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and production operations. You will lead the backroom production team to ensure a smooth flow from donation door to sales floor while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise production staff to meet aggressive goals, optimize workflows, minimize waste, and coordinate with transportation and District Managers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background in leading teams in retail, production, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budget while following policies.
• Lead backroom production to move donations to the sales floor efficiently.
• Supervise production staff to meet at least 110 garments per hour with 90% quality.
• Ensure backroom workflow is optimized and waste minimized.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate piece counts.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with transportation and district managers.
• Schedule staff to cover operations and ensure safety.
• Ensure donations are processed swiftly from door to floor and maintain hazard-free areas.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving/exceeding sales goals and coaching staff.
