Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading retail or donation operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and coaching skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operations to meet budgets.
• Lead backroom production team to move donations to sales floor efficiently.
• Convert donations into revenue while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor production goals (min 110 garments per hour) and quality (90%).
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and meet production goals.
• Perform quality checks and manage inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation and district managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and store cleanliness.
