Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Southeastern-Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to manage daily donation and production operations, ensuring efficiency from donation to sales floor while upholding safety standards. You will lead the backroom team, drive productivity, and sustain a clean, organized environment to maximize revenue.

The role requires directing production goals, ensuring quality checks, and coordinating with transport and district managers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 1+ year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Retail/sales/production leadership background preferred.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI and related programs.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation and production operation to meet/exceed budget while complying with policies.
• Lead backroom production team to move donations from donation door to sales floor efficiently.
• Convert donations into revenue while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Supervise production employees to meet daily production goals (min 110 garments/hour; quality 90%).
• Ensure backroom workflow is set up to maximize production and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks and piece counts; monitor supply levels and ordering needs.
• Coordinate with transportation and District Managers; post schedules to meet goals.
• Maintain safe conditions in backroom and assist Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
