Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Southeastern-Louisiana is seeking a Store Production Supervisor to oversee daily donation and backroom operations, ensuring donations flow from the donation door to the sales floor efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.

You will lead the backroom production team, monitor quality and waste, schedule staff, and coach employees to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to meet daily goals with quality standards.
• Ensure backroom workflow is optimized for maximum production.
• Process donations to maximize sellable inventory and minimize waste.
• Maintain safe, clean backroom and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate piece counts.
• Coordinate with transportation and managers on daily needs.
• Provide coaching and training for staff and document development.
• Schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage for operations.
