Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is hiring a store associate in Scottsdale. You will lead an excellent customer and brand experience, assist donors, label items, and help promote sales while receiving donations efficiently and courteously.

You will handle loading/unloading, operate pallet jack and walkie stacker, follow safety rules, and cross-train as needed. Excellent customer service and ability to pass a forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label items and prepare receipts for donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture or items.
• Maintain merchandise placement following PPM standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker; perform safety inspections.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
